Full CAIS search on all DIPs, fully underwritten by hand. Written AIP by e-mail or fax. DIPs to be dealt within a 90 minute cycle.
We will take verbal instructions for valuations and underwrite copy applications in advance of originals being received.
There is no telephone queuing system. Calls to be returned within one hour
Provided fully completed application received with information requested from AIP, cases will be offered within 15 working days
Paid each Friday following completion.
